Cohance Lifesciences Appoints Umang Vohra Chairman Group CEO

Cohance Lifesciences appointed Mr. Umang Vohra as Chairman and Group CEO effective April 27, 2026.
Mr. Vohra brings over 30 years experience including former MD & Global CEO role at Cipla Limited.
He previously served as CFO at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and held early career role at PepsiCo India.
The appointment was formally communicated to BSE and NSE as a regulatory disclosure requirement.
