1. Grant of 69,028 stock options to eligible employees under the Cohance Lifesciences Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2026 (ESOP 2026)

2. Grant of 1,03,542 stock options to eligible employees under the Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (ESOP 2023)

3. Allotment of 25,600 equity shares to options grantees who exercised vested options under the ESOP 2023

Options granted: 69,028 stock options, each convertible into one equity share of face value INR 1
Total potential shares: 69,028 shares upon exercise
Pricing formula: For grants within 6 months of stock exchange approval, exercise price not less than INR 325; for grants after 6 months, exercise price not more than 20% discount to 21-day average market price
Vesting period: Minimum 1 year, maximum 8 years from grant date
