Commercial Syn Bags Allots 3.87L Shares to Promoter

Commercial Syn Bags' Board allotted 3,87,000 equity shares at Rs. 72/- each to promoter-group entity Pravi Investments LLP on 30th March, 2026.
The allotment follows conversion of convertible warrants originally issued on 20th March, 2025, with balance 75% consideration of Rs. 2,08,98,000 received.
Post-conversion, Pravi Investments LLP holds 15,84,906 equity shares; 16,13,000 warrants remain outstanding across five promoter-group holders.
