A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026 at New Delhi. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of earlier intimation regarding closure of trading window dated 26th June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons has been closed from 1st July, 2026. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
