Compliance Kart Empanelled for UP Carbon Credit Programme

Compliance Kart Private Ltd has been empanelled as Industry Partner for Uttar Pradesh’s state‑level carbon credit initiative for sustainable agriculture.
The programme, developed with IIT Roorkee and the UP Department of Agriculture, will pilot MRV systems and farmer mobilisation in Saharanpur Division.
Farmers will receive 50% of carbon credit revenue upfront, with remaining proceeds shared among stakeholders after project expenses.
The initiative aims to benefit hundreds of thousands of farmers initially, scaling to millions, supporting soil health and India’s Net Zero goals.
