Quorum of 7 members including promoters and suspended directors was formed under Section 103(3) of Companies Act, 2013 after a half-hour wait.
Two resolutions were tabled: adoption of FY2025 audited financials and appointment of M/s. Dhruti Satia & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years.
