Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 52nd Annual General Meeting.
