Two officials have taken over charge as Senior Management personnel:
1. Shri Swayambhu Arya
- New Designation: Executive Director (P&S)
- Reason for Change: Promotion
- Background: Shri Arya is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers. He has 27 years of experience in the Logistics & Transport sector and is a Management & Engineering Graduate. His experience spans operations, maintenance, projects, and production verticals in both Indian Railways and CONCOR. He has also served as a faculty at the National Academy of Indian Railways, involved in capacity building at the managerial level.
- Effective Date: His absorption into this role is effective from 29.07.2026.
2. Shri Shrikant V. Janbandhu
- New Designation: Executive Director (C&O)
- Reason for Change: Promotion
- Background: Shri Janbandhu is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer. He has extensive experience working in the Traffic Department of Indian Railways and has also worked at Rites Limited. Prior to joining CONCOR, he worked as Executive Director/Coaching in the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways. He holds an MBBS degree and a BA (Additional) in Psychology.
