Concord Enviro FZE Acquires 2.87% Stake in WaHa Inc.

Concord Enviro FZE, a WOS of Concord Enviro Systems, acquired 1,277,777 convertible preferred shares in US clean-tech firm WaHa Inc. for US$574,999.65.
The strategic investment secures exclusive licensing rights for India and UAE and global manufacturing partnership for WaHa's atmospheric water generation technology.
WaHa Inc. reported a net worth of -US$59.88 lakhs and a PAT of -US$31.26 lakhs as of March 31, 2025.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and was executed on an arm's length basis in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
