Confidence Petroleum Acquires Full Subsidiary Ownership

Confidence Petroleum India Limited acquired 2.5 million equity shares representing 50% stake in BW Confidence Enterprise Private Limited from BW LPG Infrastructure DMCC.
The acquisition was completed for ₹1.13 crore cash consideration at ₹4.536 per share, making BW Confidence Enterprise a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The transaction was executed at arm's length basis in the petroleum gases industry and completed within 7 days as per commercial considerations.
