Confidence Petroleum India Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the company's corporate office. The meeting agenda includes three key items:
1. Consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026.
2. Consideration and recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26.
