Voting Process

Members were provided with Electronic Voting facility (remote e-voting) which commenced on Tuesday, 15th September 2026 at 09:00 AM and ended on Thursday, 17th September 2026 at 5:00 PM for resolutions proposed at the AGM. Shareholders present at the AGM through video conferencing who had not exercised their right of remote e-voting were provided a facility to cast their vote electronically during the meeting, which was enabled up to 15 minutes after the conclusion of the meeting.

Business Transacted

Ordinary Business

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Board's Report for the year ended 31st March 2026, audited Statement of Profit and Loss for the year, Balance Sheet as on that date, and the Report of the Auditors thereon.

2. To appoint a director in place of Ms. Sunaina Chibba (DIN: 00370454), who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers herself for re-appointment.

Shareholder Engagement

The Company Secretary requested members to make enquiries on the operations and financial performance of the company and related matters. Few questions were asked by shareholders during the meeting which were answered satisfactorily.

Voting Results

The Chairman will declare the voting results after receipt of Scrutinizer Report. The results of voting (both for remote e-voting as well as e-voting during AGM) shall be intimated as per the statutory timelines.
