• The Limited Review Report on the financial results
• Any other matter(s) with the permission of the Chair

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities is closed from October 1, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration and submission of the financial results. This closure applies to designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents.
