Partnership Announcement

Cordelia Cruises announced on 16 September 2026 in Mumbai that it has entered into a partnership with Capillary Technologies, a global AI‑powered customer loyalty and engagement solutions provider, to develop its upcoming loyalty programme.

Programme Details

The loyalty programme will be implemented in phases and will incorporate tiered rewards, personalised engagement and seamless experiences across the entire guest journey, including bookings, onboard activities, excursions and referral mechanisms. Capillary’s platform will enable Cordelia to recognise returning guests, tailor communications and build long‑term relationships.

Fleet Expansion Context

Cordelia currently operates the vessel Cordelia Empress and plans to introduce Cordelia Sky in October 2026 followed by Cordelia Sun in 2027, thereby broadening its capacity and choice of itineraries. Since commencing operations in 2021, the cruise line has served more than 7.8 lakh (780,000) guests.

Statements from Executives

Jurgen Bailom, President & CEO of Cordelia Cruises, said that as cruising grows in India, loyalty must go beyond points to understanding guests and delivering experiences that encourage repeat travel. Anant Choubey, Executive Director, COO & CFO of Capillary Technologies, highlighted the partnership’s aim to create a “category‑defining” travel experience for Indian consumers by leveraging Capillary’s expertise in loyalty, travel and hospitality.
