Voting Arrangements

In compliance with Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, voting on the proposed resolutions is restricted only to e-voting (electronic voting).

The corrigendum is being sent through electronic mode to members whose email address is registered with the Company/depository participant(s). It is also being uploaded on the company website (https://cosmiccrf.com/), NSDL website (www.evoting.nsdl.com), and BSE website (www.bseindia.com).

Effective Date

The corrigendum dated August 18, 2026 shall be read in conjunction with the original Notice of EOGM dated August 3, 2026. All other contents of the original notice remain unchanged except for the specified corrections.
