Cosmic CRF Subsidiary Partner Receives RDSO Spring Approval

The approval, communicated via letter dated June 07, 2026, was granted on July 02, 2026 for Hot Coiled Helical Springs for Freight Stock conforming to RDSO Specification No. WD-01-HLS-94 (Rev.-5).

Under this approval, Prilika Enterprises Private Limited is permitted to receive purchase orders aggregating up to 1,000 Wagons Sets or total 60,000 number of Hot Coiled Helical Springs, including 3,000 Springs for mandatory field trials, subject to RDSO's terms and conditions.

This development is material due to the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) dated February 18, 2025, executed between Prilika Enterprises Private Limited and M/s. Cosmic Springs and Engineers Limited (a subsidiary of Cosmic CRF Limited) for acquisition of the "Spring Unit" located at Jalan Complex. The approval is expected to strengthen business prospects and enhance future opportunities in railway component manufacturing.
