This approval permits M/s. Prilika Enterprises Private Limited to receive purchase orders aggregating up to 1,000 Wagon Sets or a total of 60,000 number of Hot Coiled Helical Springs, which includes 3,000 Springs for mandatory field trials. The development is considered material due to the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) dated February 18, 2025, executed between M/s. Prilika Enterprises Private Limited and M/s.
