This office will serve as a strategic hub for business development, customer engagement, project management and partnership activities across Western and Central India, complementing its registered office in Surat, Gujarat, and enabling faster execution and stronger regional presence.
Leadership Appointment
Effective August 2026, Mr. Avi Mittal has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cosmic Solar EPC Private Limited. Mr. Mittal is described as an entrepreneur and strategic business leader with diverse experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and strategic investments. He holds a graduation degree from the United Kingdom and has pursued Business Studies in Switzerland. In his role, he will lead operational excellence, technology adoption, strategic partnerships and delivery of renewable‑energy solutions aligned with India’s clean‑energy ambitions. Mr. Mittal commented that the Mumbai office launch and the addition of ₹574 crore to the order book reflect strong customer trust and the company’s commitment to high‑quality, technology‑driven solar solutions.

Cosmic PV Power Limited, the parent entity, has recently obtained a Consent to Establish (CTE) for a solar‑cell manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh and has begun construction of a 1.1 GW solar‑cell manufacturing line.
