Country Condo's Proposes ₹30 Crore Preferential Issue

The Board of Directors has proposed a preferential issue of equity shares to non-promoters of the company, with the total issue size not exceeding ₹30,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Crores).
The Board has authorized Mr. Y. Siddharth Reddy (Vice-Chairman & Director) and Mr. D. Krishna Kumar Raju (Vice-Chairman & CEO) to lead the proposed preferential issue and appoint necessary intermediaries for the issue.
