Covidh Technologies shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company name to iSERA Lifesciences Limited.
Four new directors were appointed via ordinary resolutions, including two executive and two non-executive directors.
The EGM, held via video conference, saw 18.25% of the outstanding shares voted, with 100% approval for all resolutions.
