Covidh Technologies EGM: Name Change to iSERA Lifesciences

Covidh Technologies held its 1st EGM on April 02, 2026, via Video Conferencing, with 34 members attending.
Members approved renaming the company to 'iSERA Lifesciences Limited' with consequential MOA and AOA amendments.
Four new directors — two Executive and two Non-Executive, Non-Independent — were appointed via ordinary resolutions.
