Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) announced a strategic investment of INR 30 billion (C$441 million) in Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited (PHVL), the hospitality platform of Prestige Estates Projects Limited.
Investment Structure
- CPP Investments will acquire approximately 27% stake in PHVL

This investment builds on CPP Investments' growing hospitality exposure across Asia Pacific, including recent investments in Japan and Korea. CPP Investments manages the Canada Pension Plan Fund for over 22 million contributors and beneficiaries, with total funds of C$863.6 billion as of June 30, 2026.
