Craftsman Automation's subsidiary Sunbeam extended APA long stop date with SPRL from 31st March to 30th June, 2026.
Total asset sale consideration is Rs. 28 Crores (ex-GST); Rs. 10 Crores received in first tranche on 31st December, 2025.
Remaining Rs. 18 Crores for piston manufacturing line assets to be received in one or more tranches by 30th June, 2026.
SPRL is confirmed as a non-related party; transaction is outside any Scheme of Arrangement.
