Cranes Software received BSE trading approval for 4 crore equity shares allotted to promoter Asif Khader via warrant conversion.
The warrants were allotted on 11th June 2024 at ₹4.57 per share and converted to equity on 9th December 2025.
Trading approval was granted effective 28th April 2026 following applications submitted in January and April 2026.
