Cravatex Re-appoints Divakar Kamath as ED & CFO

Cravatex Limited re-appointed Mr. Divakar G. Kamath (DIN 08730430) as Executive Director and CFO for 3 years from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.
The re-appointment was approved by the Board on 30 March 2026, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, subject to member approval.
Kamath holds ~32 years of banking experience and has served as CFO of Cravatex since 2012; previously was SVP at Axis Bank Ltd.
