Createjoy Technologies Voluntarily Liquidated and Dissolved

NCLT Bengaluru orders dissolution of Createjoy Technologies Pvt Ltd following a completed voluntary liquidation process.
The company initiated liquidation via a special resolution in December 2023, appointing Thirupal Gorige as liquidator.
Regulatory clearances were obtained with no pending enquiries from ROC or TDS dues from the Income Tax Department.
The liquidator is directed to inform tax authorities and surrender the company's PAN and GSTIN.
