Creative Newtech Appoints Ajit Thakur as CFO

Creative Newtech appointed Mr. Ajit Thakur as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective 14th May 2026.
Mr. Thakur replaces Mr. Abhijit Kanvinde who resigned from the CFO position on 14th April 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from Audit and Nomination Committees.
Mr. Thakur is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 17 years of experience across multiple industries including manufacturing and automotive.
