Partnership Details
Creative Newtech Limited has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with Jupiter Electric Mobility Private Limited (JEM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons Limited, for pan-India distribution of drone batteries. The partnership was announced pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, Creative Newtech has been appointed as a PAN India distributor for Jupiter's drone batteries, with the ability to sell to customers and resellers and appoint partners, resellers and sub-representatives across the country. Jupiter will support the partnership through product training, promotional material, technical information and sales support.

The partnership focuses on the distribution of JEM Vaayu 1.0, Jupiter's battery solution developed specifically for agricultural drones operating across diverse Indian conditions. Key specifications include:

- Designed to support more than 400 life cycles at 80% depth of discharge
- BIS-certified battery
- Built with premium 21,700 cylindrical cells

The partnership brings together Creative Newtech's nationwide distribution network and market-development expertise with Jupiter Electric Mobility's specialised battery technologies. For Creative Newtech, this broadens its participation in the drone ecosystem by adding a critical technology that directly supports drone performance and reliability, building on the Company's existing presence across drone components and software.
The partnership is aligned with Creative Newtech's broader strategy of expanding into specialized technology categories where its distribution, market-development and execution capabilities can help create scalable, long-term market opportunities.
