Partnership Details

Creative Newtech Limited has entered into a Distributor Agreement with Drona Aviation Pvt. Ltd., appointing Creative Newtech as a PAN India distribution partner for Drona Aviation's educational drone kits and related products. The partnership aims to broaden access to drone-based STEM learning solutions across India.

Distribution Rights and Scope

Under the agreement, Creative Newtech will leverage its pan-India distribution network and market access capabilities to expand the availability of Drona Aviation's products across customers and channel partners in India. The company has been granted distribution rights across India and can sell Drona Aviation's products to customers and resellers. Creative Newtech can also appoint partners, resellers and sub-representatives to support distribution within the territory.

The agreement provides Creative Newtech with multiple avenues to take these products to market, including channel partners, online platforms, large-format retail stores, corporate and government customers.

Product Portfolio

Drona Aviation's product portfolio includes:

  • Pluto 1.2 DIY Drone Kit: Lets users build, program and fly their own drone with no prior experience required. Features block programming, smartphone control, altitude hold, Wi-Fi connectivity and OTA functionality, along with 16 hours of learning content and 25+ programming projects.
  • Pluto X: Offers a modular platform with sensor and hardware integration, API-based programming in C++ and ROS-compatible image processing for more advanced exploration.
  • Guru: A nano-drone for beginners and STEM education featuring block coding, smartphone control, external sensor and servo integration, along with structured learning and programming content.

Support and Training

Drona Aviation will support the distribution partnership through online and offline product training, promotional material, technical information and sales support, enabling Creative Newtech and its channel ecosystem to effectively understand and market the products.
