CreditAccess Grameen Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations regarding the allotment of debentures. This intimation follows a previous communication dated December 10, 2025.

The debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.
Tenure and Dates
- Date of allotment: June 12, 2026 (Deemed Date of Allotment)
- Date of maturity: June 12, 2028 (Final Redemption Date)
- Tenure: 24 months from the Deemed Date of Allotment
Security Arrangements
The debentures are secured by:
1. A first ranking exclusive and continuing charge created in favour of the debenture trustee
2. An unattested deed of hypothecation over certain book debts/receivables of the Company (Hypothecated Assets)
3. Such other security interest as may be agreed between the Company and debenture holders
The value of Hypothecated Assets must maintain a minimum coverage ratio of 1.10 times the outstanding principal amounts plus accrued interest at all times from the Deemed Date of Allotment until full redemption.
Payment Terms
- Interest Payment: Payable monthly at prevailing interest rates as per Transaction Documents
- Principal Payment: Payable on the Final Redemption Date (June 12, 2028)
- Default Penalty: 2% per annum over prevailing Interest Rate for payment defaults, payable from default date until cure or redemption
Redemption Method
The debentures shall be redeemed on a pari passu basis by payment of outstanding principal amounts on the Final Redemption Date in accordance with the Detailed Terms Document (DTD) and Transaction Documents.

No special rights/privileges attached to the instrument beyond those set out in the DTD and Transaction Documents.
