- Remote E-Voting Period: Commenced on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. IST and concluded on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. IST.
- At-Meeting E-Voting: The facility was kept open for an additional 15 minutes after the conclusion of the AGM proceedings for members present to vote.

Business Updates from Managing Director
Mr. Vijay Choraria, Managing Director, provided a comprehensive business update:
- Financial Performance: The consolidated balance sheet grew by 35% to ₹1,925 crores; cash and cash equivalents more than doubled to ₹235 crores.
- Real Estate Business: The company has its largest project pipeline to date in Mumbai, Chennai, Jaipur, and Raipur. New projects added include Crest Golfshire (Chembur) and Crest Saidale (Breach Candy). Progress updates were provided on Crest Oaks (external construction complete, >70% units sold), Crest Park, Jaipur (first phase sold out), Crest Link (possession handed over), and One National Park, Chennai (OC received, >60% leased).
- Financial Services Business: Revenue from the Non-SLR desk grew ~30% and the Derivatives desk grew 37% during the year.
- Organizational Growth: The Crest Group crossed 200 employees during the year.
Compliance and Procedural Information
- The meeting was conducted in compliance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI, and provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
- The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 were sent to members electronically on July 24, 2026.
