b) Appointment of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
  • Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Manish Jadhav has been designated as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
  • Term: Three years commencing from May 22, 2026 till May 21, 2029.
  • Regulatory Basis: Appointment made in accordance with Reserve Bank of India Master Direction - Information Technology Governance, Risk, Controls and Assurance Practices dated November 07, 2023.
  • Designation: Mr. Jadhav is identified and designated as Senior Management Personnel under SEBI Listing Regulations.
  • Profile: Mr. Manish Jadhav has over 23 years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, IT Infrastructure Management, Cyber Security Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Management. He has been associated with the Company since 2005 and has expertise in IT systems, cyber security, regulatory compliance, IT audits, cloud and firewall management, vendor management and enterprise-wide security solutions.
