Crestchem Limited's subsidiary Oleo Biosciences Private Limited has commenced business operations after filing Form INC-20A.
The subsidiary will manufacture oleo chemicals (specialty chemicals) with 75% ownership by Crestchem Limited and 25% by a minority promoter.
Oleo Biosciences is establishing a pilot plant and product development machinery in Bangalore, with production expected during FY 2026-27 & 2027-28.
