Crimson Metal Engineering Company Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations regarding communication with shareholders.
The company has dispatched letters via ordinary post to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered with the company, Registrar & Transfer Agent, or Depository Participants. These letters provide a weblink and QR code to access the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
Additionally, in compliance with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD/POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 06, 2026, the company has dispatched letters to shareholders holding shares in physical form. These shareholders are required to furnish their PAN, KYC, and bank account details for updation with the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Private Limited.
The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 25, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) facility/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The cut-off date for determining shareholders without registered email addresses was August 28, 2026.
SEBI mandates that shareholders holding physical securities must have updated PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature, and choice of nomination. Email registration is optional but recommended for online services. Effective April 1, 2024, payments including dividend, interest, or redemption for physical folios without these updated details will be made only through electronic mode.
