A separate Phase 1b/2a trial in ACTH‑dependent Cushing’s syndrome enrolled six participants who received 40 mg of atumelnant once daily for ten days. Early‑morning serum cortisol decreased in all six participants. Urinary free cortisol remained at or below the upper limit of normal in three of the six participants at the end of the dosing period.
