Crisil 39th AGM Approves All Five Resolutions

Crisil Limited held its 39th Annual General Meeting virtually on April 17, 2026, chaired by Mr. Yann Le Pallec.
Shareholders passed all five resolutions, including adoption of FY25 financials and a final dividend of ₹28 per share.
Directors Yann Le Pallec and Amish Mehta were reappointed, alongside the special resolution for Amar Raj Bindra.
Voting was conducted via remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM, with a total of 88.01% votes cast.
