1. Appointment of Mr. Anuj Lall
- Role: Head - Integrated Supply Chain
- Designation: Senior Management Personnel
- Effective Date: July 21, 2026
- Profile: Mr. Anuj Lall is described as a highly accomplished business and supply chain leader with over 35 years of experience across Whirlpool and Procter & Gamble. At the time of appointment, he was serving as Executive Director and Vice President – Integrated Supply Chain at Whirlpool India. His experience includes leading end-to-end manufacturing, quality, logistics, and distribution operations, overseeing large-scale teams, and driving business growth, operational excellence, customer service, cost optimization, quality, safety, and employee engagement. His career highlights include leading global supply chain transformations, plant turnarounds, acquisitions, manufacturing excellence initiatives, organizational redesigns, and startup operations across India, Singapore, Indonesia, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. He is recognized for building high-performing organizations and delivering breakthrough business results.
2. Appointment of Ms. Yesha Gandani
- Role: Compliance Officer under Regulation 6 of the SEBI Listing Regulations
- Designation: Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel
- Effective Date: July 21, 2026
- Professional Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS 63375).
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance. She has been associated with Crompton since February 2023. Her expertise includes corporate law compliances, regulatory filings, stakeholder management, and governance matters.
