Crompton Greaves disclosed the launch of two new B2C lighting products for the domestic market under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The products launched are the EA4090 Stabilizer 50W Backup LED and a new range of Lamps on May 20, 2026.
The company stated this disclosure was made as a good governance practice, as the event did not meet the materiality threshold.
