Crompton Greaves Wins ₹29.77 Crore MSEDCL Solar Pump Order

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has intimated the receipt of a letter of empanelment and rate contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).

Nature of the Contract

The contract is for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing & commissioning of Off-grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS). The scope includes complete system warranty, repair & maintenance, and remote monitoring system (RMS) for 5 years under the MTSKPY/PM-KUSUM-B scheme.

• Total Order Value: ₹29.77 Crores approximately (Rupees Twenty Nine Crores and Seventy Seven Lakhs approximately), excluding GST
• Number of Units: 1,397 Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems
• Geographic Scope: Various locations across the State of Maharashtra
• Awarding Entity: Domestic entity (MSEDCL)
• Execution Timeline: Within 60 days from the date of issue of Notice to Proceed (NTP)/work order

The company confirms that:

• The promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in MSEDCL
• The contract does not qualify as a related party transaction
