Cryogenic OGS Forms Infravolt Engineering Subsidiary

Cryogenic OGS board approved incorporation of Infravolt Engineering Private Limited as a subsidiary on April 24, 2026.
The subsidiary will manufacture precision components for power, energy, and railway infrastructure applications.
Cryogenic OGS will acquire 51% stake for ₹5.10 lakh cash consideration at face value of ₹10 per share.
The subsidiary will have authorized capital of ₹10 lakh and initial paid-up capital of ₹5 lakh.
