Crystal Business System Limited has formally withdrawn its earlier intimation regarding the shifting of its registered office. The company had previously notified about moving its registered office from 37, Second Floor, Rani Jhansi Road, Motia Khan, Paharganj, New Delhi – 110055 to House No. 15A, Bela Road, Civil Lines (North Delhi), North Delhi, Delhi – 110054, with effect from 22.08.2026.
The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 09.09.2026, decided to withdraw the aforesaid intimation for shifting of the registered office. Consequently, the proposed shifting to the new address will not be implemented.
The registered office of the company will continue to remain at its existing address: 37, Second Floor, Rani Jhansi Road, Motia Khan, Paharganj, New Delhi – 110055.
