Board Meeting Details

A meeting of the Board of Directors of CSB Bank Limited will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Financial Results Submission

The unaudited financial results along with the Limited Review Report, to be issued by the Joint Statutory Auditors, will be submitted to the exchanges in accordance with Regulation 33(3) of the Listing Regulations.

Trading Window Closure

In continuation of the bank's previous communication (letter no. SEC/139/2026 dated June 26, 2026), the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed until and including Friday, July 24, 2026. This closure applies to designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons as defined under the 'Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy'. These persons are prohibited from trading in the equity shares of the Bank until the specified date.
