Cummins India inducted 520 scholars for 2025‑26 from over 9,600 applications, including 20 students with disabilities.
To date the Nurturing Brilliance program has supported more than 3,100 students, with women comprising 52% of beneficiaries.
The initiative offers full tuition, mentorship by Cummins leaders, and career‑readiness training, aiming to build long‑term engineering talent.
