Cura Technologies EGM Approves All Seven Resolutions

Cura Technologies held its 1st EGM for FY26-27, approving seven resolutions including key board appointments and financial authorizations.
Shareholders approved the re-designation of Sanjana Lagumavarapu as Non-Executive Director and appointment of S.S. Mohan Babu as Managing Director.
The meeting authorized increased borrowing limits under Section 180(1)(c) and creation of charges on company assets under Section 180(1)(a).
All resolutions passed with overwhelming majority support, with 83.24% of total share capital participating in the vote.
