Cyient COO Prabhakar Atla Resigns

Mr. Prabhakar Atla, Chief Operating Officer of Cyient DET, has resigned from all formal and statutory positions held at Cyient.
The resignation was submitted via letter dated 28th June 2026 addressed to Mr. Sukamal Banerjee, Chief Executive Officer of Cyient.
Mr. Atla's last working day will be 28th September 2026.
He held Associate ID 5219 and had served the company for 22 years.

Mr. Atla expressed commitment to making the transition process as smooth as possible and offered assistance during the transition period.
