Cyient Semiconductors Launches India's First GaN ICs

Cyient Semiconductors launched seven new 650V GaN power ICs using Navitas technology, marking its entry into high-performance power semiconductors.
The products target AI data centers, telecom, consumer fast charging, industrial power, and e-mobility applications with sampling starting June 2026.
The launch follows a December 2025 strategic collaboration enabling technology licensing and second-source manufacturing for Navitas devices in India.
Partnership supports Make in India initiatives with plans for domestic GaN manufacturing through local OSAT partnerships over time.
