Launch Event
The grand launch and logo reveal were held on 11 September 2026 at the BALMANDAISA office. Technical Features
Construction has progressed steadily with the foundation already completed. The project utilizes two‑level diaphragm‑wall technology for its basements, a method typically reserved for high‑rise towers, large commercial complexes, and metro infrastructure. This technology provides high structural strength, superior resistance to groundwater seepage, and minimal disturbance to neighboring properties.
