Key Dates and Events

The 49th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).

Cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote: September 15, 2026.

Remote e-voting period: Commences Saturday, September 19, 2026 (09.00 a.m. IST) and ends Monday, September 21, 2026 (05.00 p.m. IST).

Distribution Method

AGM Notice and Annual Report for financial year 2025-26 are being sent through electronic mode to members whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participant (DP).

These documents are also available on the Company's website at www.dalalstreetinvestments.com.

Voting Facilities

The Company has provided facility for members to cast votes electronically through:

• Remote e-Voting facility (before the AGM)
• e-Voting facility (at the AGM)

Voting is available on all resolutions set out in the AGM Notice.
