Dalmia Bharat Completes 5.2 MnTPA Cement Capacity Acquisition

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (DCBL), wholly owned material subsidiary of Dalmia Bharat Limited, completed acquisition of cement undertaking comprising plants located at Rewa (Madhya Pradesh), Churk, Chunar and Sadwa (Uttar Pradesh)
Acquisition includes 5.2 MnTPA cement capacity and 3.3 MnTPA clinker capacity
Transaction consummated as per Business Transfer Agreement executed on May 21, 2026 with Jaiprakash Associates Limited (\"JAL\", acquired by Adani Group under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code) and Adani Infra (India) Ltd
With this transaction, Dalmia Bharat's total cement capacity now stands at 54.7 MnTPA

Transaction represents significant capacity expansion through acquisition of operational assets
Plants located across Madhya Pradesh (Rewa) and Uttar Pradesh (Churk, Chunar, Sadwa)
