Shareholders holding shares in physical mode must submit a request to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited, using the SEBI prescribed ISR form available at: https://ris.kfintech.com/clientservices/isc/isrforms.aspx
The form requires folio number(s), email ID, and other requisite information. Signatures must match specimen signatures registered with the RTA. The form must be submitted to the RTA along with relevant documents ISR 2, SH 13 as per instructions in the form and SEBI circular dated March 16, 2023.
